Snowdon Sunrise Trek - 28 April 2024

Walk up Snowdon to watch the sunrise from the summit...

Revel in the wonderment of walking under the canopy of a beautiful starlit sky before being rewarded with a spectacular sunrise from the top of the highest mountain in Wales.

Led by mountain guides, the Snowdon Sunrise Trek gives you the opportunity of walking Snowdon’s most popular path at its quietest time. The trek is topped off by the special beauty of seeing dawn break as the peak nears.

Your sunrise could be associated with a new beginning, to mark the advent of a special occasion or a significant memory. Whatever your reason, your support will help us do more for sick kids.

• Duration: The route should take 8 hours
• Level: Challenge, you don’t need previous mountain walking experience but you will need a good level of fitness to take part.
• Location: LLanberis, Snowdonia
• Age restrictions: Over 16’s only. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If you are aged between 16-18 you will need parental consent to take part, so please contact us here to request a form
• Dogs: No dogs, except registered assistance dogs

What's included

• Qualified leader to lead the group along the route, giving you motivational support and keeping the group at the right pace to complete the challenge
• All leaders are first aid trained.
• Office support in the build-up to the challenge, including training tips and equipment advice
