Access to and use of www.bwh.org.uk is provided by Birmingham Women’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Birmingham Women’s Hospital Charity subject to the terms listed below.

Birmingham Women’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust ensures that the prior written consent of patients and families whose photographs it has uploaded onto the website has been obtained.

We reserve the right to include content from external sites including but not limited to You Tube and Facebook. We do not control the privacy practices of these other sites. Users of such sites take full responsibility for their own content. We use our reasonable endeavours to protect the interests of the individuals featured in the content on our Website.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

My daughter was born at 28 weeks in BWH back in 2013. We will be forever grateful for the care you provided. I have been a regular giver for the last 7 years, but this is just an extra little donation in support of World Prematurity Day.

I am a 17 year old student at Mathew Boulton College, currently studying health science. I strongly believe health and wellbeing plays a vital role in people's lives; therefore, I have always admired those working in the health industry. I truly have high regards for those who help make a difference in someone's life.
