Great Birmingham Run (10k and Half Marathon) - 4 May 2025

Join #TeamBWH and take on the iconic Great Birmingham Run 10k or half marathon on 4 May 2025. 

Sunday 4 May 2025 sees the Great Birmingham Run 10k and half marathon come together again on one exciting day. Our city will come alive with thousands of runners pounding the streets as they tick off 10k or 13.1 miles, encouraged by on-course bands and entertainment.

How to run for us

Simply visit The Great Run website and select Birmingham Women’s Hospital Charity when you register. We’ll then send you a fundraising pack and your own #TeamBWH purple heart running vest.

If you’ve already got a place for the 10k or half marathon but you’d like to run for us, please complete the corresponding 'Already have a place' form below. We’ll then send you a fundraising pack and your own iconic purple heart running vest.

We have limited free 10k and half marathon places available which can be applied for by using the form below. Each 10k place has a minimum fundraising target of £250 and each half marathon place has a minimum fundraising target of £350. Apply below.
