After years of fundraising for many different charities, AFH Wealth Management decided to support Birmingham Women’s Hospital Charity following the sad loss of two of their colleague’s sister who fulfilled her vocation as a nursery nurse on our Transitional Care Unit. The team are dedicated to giving back to the ward and have thrown themselves into the fundraising spirit!

The company have organised monthly fundraisers, not missing a single opportunity to raise money for our women, babies and families, and are constantly pushing their fundraising further and determined to both reach and exceed their target of £10,000.

Their events include:

• Car park raffle – raffling off a space in the managers’ car park every month
• NHS70 Cake Sale
• Big Bandage day
• Football Sweepstake
• Charity football match
• Weekly slimming club – pay to be involved, the CEO then matches the lbs lost with £s
• Great Birmingham 10K
• Snowdon trek

The team are not stopping there and are also planning a ladies night and winter ball! We are so thankful for all of their hard work and can’t wait to find out the grand total!
